(2 Pack) Supershieldz Designed for Samsung (Galaxy S9 Plus) Tempered Glass Screen Protector with (Easy Installation) Anti-Scratch, Bubble Free (Black)

I'm not sure if I received the wrong size or what... but it doesn't fit my screen. I double checked the box AND my order history before starting to make sure I didn't screw up and the Ordered the wrong size. Both the box and my order history confirmed that I ordered the correct size for my Galaxy S9+. The "install tray" (a plastic frame that helps you place the screen protector in place) didn't fit my phone, but it wasn't a big deal. I just carefully placed it myself. I made sure to line it up so that the space between the screen protector and the edge of my phone screen was even all the way around. Honestly I was a little impressed with myself that I managed to get it so straight without the guide! Installation was easier than I expected! However, I immediately noticed something was wrong when I turned on my screen. The phone's screen was sticking out of the side of the screen protector. At first I thought I must have pushed it too far to the right, but it was on the left side of my phone same.I tried to capture it in the pictures as best as possible.(also included some pics with phone off in case it helps someone) I thought I was going crazy so I decided to go to the link provided and I saw watched all 4 videos hoping the next one would look like my phone (has a curved screen) as well as the type of screen protector I bought (tempered glass panel). I was also hoping the videos would show how the installation tray is used. Unfortunately not. None of the videos were helpful. I just wanted to dig into it and use the screen protector for scratch protection anyway since I already had it installed, but I quickly noticed a couple of other issues that made it completely useless to me. First I use the "Edge Panel", a tiny compartment that you can swipe from the curved edge of your screen to access useful shortcuts (like apps, tools, contacts, weather, etc.). Since the screen protector wasn't installed properly, I couldn't successfully swipe to open my edge panel. I also noticed that I couldn't swipe down the notification bar... not at all. Finally, my touchscreen was much less sensitive become and hardly registered many of my touches. I really wish this screen protector would work. I liked that it came with two of everything in case I screwed up the first try. It came with 1 "installation tray", 2 alcohol cleaning wipes, 2 microfiber cloths, 2 tempered glass screen protectors, 2 "Dust absorber" stickers and 6 "Guide" stickers (I have no idea what they were for, I don't see anything in the paper instructions or videos that came with these stickers. Luckily the adhesive was pretty weak so I removed it without much effort carefully from my phone.
