I have no idea if this camera works because I can't get ANYTHING to work - from the WiFi connection to the app itself.1.Parts: Inside the box are round black foam pieces and white pieces in small bags with no description what they are. I think the foam pieces go in the holes behind the antennas. Amazon photos show the white pieces are waterproof, but how they connect and where they connect is unclear. I got the ethernet cable opening suspected but they don't fit properly.2.Connection: NONE.I downloaded the icsee app and after creating a username/pw tried to add my device.The only option to click through was the QR code.Big.Only one Problem - there are QR codes in the mini booklet and at least three on the box. I tried every QR but it didn't work.... App then asked me to enter a serial number. Again, nothing on the Packaged specifically the serial number, so I had to try all the different sequences of numbers that could be the serial number. This then of course led to the very time consuming task of trying every possible QR with every possible serial number. I got an error message with every attempt to make sure the series matches the device.3.Email to Besdersec: quick reply with link to manual and advice to disable 5G during setup.I did it like this.The new manual they sent matches that what I see in the app. I close and reopen the app to clear things after disabling 5G and reset the camera. App says password and login don't match. WTH? I'm requesting a code on, get it and reset it.App gives me the SAME error message again.WTH! I just created the new password so I know for sure I have the right password t.Can't log in due to error message.I'm giving up and creating a new account using my husband's email address.Who knows if I close the app I'll ever be able to access it again.4.Icsee app: Besdersec Manual: Now that I'm finally back in the app under the newly created profile, I follow the instructions in the manual and click on the Add WiFi Camera option (NOT adding via QR). Guess what? It doesn't do anything .Clicking it highlights the button but doesn't open anything.Once again I'm stuck. To say I'm frustrated is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Nothing should be that difficult. I've sent another email to BESDERSEC to let them know that clicking to add wifi doesn't open anything. Let's see what they do say now.
